Sal is a top-producing executive recruiter who has worked with global professional services firms such as Xerox, Aon and Sutherland Global Services. As an original member of the elite executive search practice at Xerox he helped fill over 100 executive positions per year, which resulted in saving the firm over $5,000,000 in the first two years. This led to a promotion to lead all recruiting for a $500M division with 4,000 employees. After four years as an executive recruiter and sales recruiter for Aon, Sal was recruited to join Sutherland Global Services as its first Director of Sales Recruiting where he managed sourcers, recruiters and searches on a global basis. Sal has earlier recruiting experience with the global search firms Adecco and Spherion. Sal is a proud graduate of Kent State University. He has two grown daughters who occupy most of his free time but he also enjoys golf, movies, good food and relaxing by a fire or on a patio with a cold one. Tom continues with SRT what he has focused on his entire professional career: building strong, intentional, "win-win" relationships. He strives to help other professionals reach their goals by working together to find solutions to business challenges. Tom has more than 10 years experience in the IT consulting and contract staffing industry, including leading an office, building and managing a sales team, sourcing, recruiting and interviewing technical professionals as well as new business development. Beginning his sales and marketing career with ADP, Tom has consistently produced new revenue, built new client relationships and developed an extensive network of professionals. Prior to SRT, Tom was working with companies to help them improve their overall effectiveness by reviewing and refining their approach to change management, talent development, knowledge management and use of technology. Tom and his wife Karen enjoy spending time with their twin sons. They also love live music, lacrosse, movies, traveling and reading. Contact Tom at
